candle and modge podge - Joann's, map-my mom's atlas

I thought I could use maps on this project for my son's going away party. However, my mom offered up her atlas and it was so much better. (It was from 1976 so a lot has changed in the world.) I never worked with modge podge before but it was quick and easy. I got lots of nice compliments on the candles. I ended putting them out on display after the party. This was an easy project to do with any sturdy paper.
