Pink Pants

I saw these pants when I was shopping for something else and had to have them. Crazy pants were my trademark when I was younger and it had been a long time.

I am adding a new element this time called "How I wore it." I don't always end up leaving the house in the outfit just how I pinned it. This is how I wore the pink pants headed to a concert with my son, Regan.

This dress is my default outfit. I can't seem to wear it enough!

So I think this pic of Reese Witherspoon is on a lot of pin boards. I wore my adaptation to work. We ended up actually looking for something on Pinterest and I showed my coworkers that I was wearing a pin!

The Atomic Tangerine Scarf

I saw this pin. It was fall. I had to have an orange scarf. When it arrived it was much brighter than I expected. However, looking at my recreation here, I think it is the exact scarf!

Since I have just restarted my blog, I have a back log of ten items to post, so I will aim to do one each day for a while. So much fun, but then I'll have to do some new ones.

Black and White Casual Outfit

Update 1.9.12: We had a gathering last Saturday to celebrate a bunch of birthdays, including my Grandma K. My sister said she could do black and white, so we let Mom know and color coordinated our side of the family. I reworked it with my new black pants and boots. I can't wait for the pictures to come out.

I have a Pinterest problem. I admit it. It is actually kind of embarrassing. My husband says that it is because it is a virtual list and I love lists! Maybe. Plus it has unlocked a certain, dare I say, vanity, I never knew I had.

My first fashion/style incident was fueled by Camille of All Things Lovely... I sent her my blouse for some help. I had no idea how to make it cute. She sent back one DOZEN ideas. Now I have not run to the store just yet. But the main reason is because I had all ready bought and ordered more clothes. I have never, in my life, cared about clothes. And here I am. I even hate shopping.

I reviving my blog for the sole purpose of posting outfits which I have created copying pins. Sooo here we go.
Black and White Dressy Outfit
So the first outfit to post has to be the outfit I wore to the Ladies Tea. I was playing bass and the night before they said I had to wear black and white. Good thing I already had this picked out.

Jacket- so old I actually pulled it out of a bag I was giving to charity. Blouse- Amazon. Black slack- ancient. Shoes-payless. Necklaces-Claires. Scarf- dollar tree (2 for $1!!!)

Starting a style blog

It's time to get the pictures off my camera and on to a blog! My style had been called WWJW. (What would Jeanette wear?) Here is my beautiful friend Jeanette, who used to literally pull clothes off the rack and dress me!
